ALWAYS collect proofs and evidences related to your claim. These are usually in the form of hospital bills, medical certificates, police reports, airport or airline irregularity reports, etc.

Significant documents needed in filing a claim

Police Report indicating the details of the items lost. Generally, this should be obtained within 24 hours from date of time and loss
